I Love Boxing Because, it’s what I do best, I have a great trainer Pascal Collins and I have being in and out of a few gyms over the past four years including “West Finglas”, “Golden Cobra” and now “Celtic Warriors”. I got on well with all my trainers in each of the gyms “West Finglas” Paddy Fitzpatrick” “Golden Cobra” Paddy Hyland and I have lots of friends in the amateur and professional boxing all over the world.
My Favorite Fighter, is Floyd Mayweather because I like the way he fights, he is the best at his weight and I believe he would beat Manny Pacquaio, anyone that Mayweather beats Pacquaio then goes and fights them. Example “Ricky Hatton” “Oscar De La Hoya”. “Floyd Mayweather Vs Manny Pacquaio” get it on. I also like the way Mayweather fights, he can hit u from any angle and he’s quick and powerful and his defence is top class.
My Irish Favorite Fighter is, Robbie “The King” Long, I get on great with Robbie, he introduced me to the Golden Cobra boxing club. I have been to all his fights, he had three great fights with Anthony “The Pride” Fitzgerald. There three fights were tops class, finishing 2-1 to Fitzgerald. I thought that Robbie had won the last fight in September, 2010 for the Irish Super middleweight title and a lot of people thought that as well including Robbie himself but that’s boxing, the referee seen it a different way.
My Favourite Irish Fight of all time was, Bernard Dunne v Ricardo Cordoba, it was my first world title fight that I attended the atmosphere was incredible. I loved every minute of it, I loved the undercard and I thought the main event was a cracker. I didn’t think Bernard would win the title when I seen him go down twice in the 5th round but he was strong and dropped Cordoba three times in the 11th round to win the fight.
My Favorite Fight of all time was, Matthew Macklin vs Jamie Moore, they both gave it their all in that fight, it was a cracking contest.
